I never ordered DTF before, I used next day dtf for my first ever purchase. Once I got my prints in; I noticed there was some whites not printed on a few images where they should have been. Frantically trying to figure out how to not disappoint a baseball team of 10 year olds, I messaged support. Exceptional support, and arrived before the shirts needed to be distributed.

One of my DTF's was cut off in the printing. I emailed them with a picture. Sent me a email back right away and had a new dtf the next day.
